The butler service at St. Regis was amazing. I was recommended 2 restaurants and both were good. They also helped me book some other restaurants that I wanted to go. Additionally, the complimentary ironing service - 2 pieces per day and free drinks everyday were lovely. I have stayed for three days and each staff at the hotel that I met and talked to was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very comfortable and new, shower (!!!!) and view were incredible, butler service was beyond expectations and we had an extremely helpful and nice butler who showed us around and pampered us throughout out stay, food at the italian restaurant and drinks and snacks at the bar were delicious, couldn’t recommend more!

It's probably one of my favorite St. Regis properties. The room is quite large for standard hotels in Japan. The room features high- celing with skyline view. La Veduta serves delicious Italian cuisine. The beautiful bar also makes the overall dining experience more enjoyable. It's just 10 mins walk from Dontaburi.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The butler’s service is exceptional. Our room with skyline view was comfortable and we enjoyed to have a bathtub. And the Teppanyaki in one of the restaurants was more tasteful than words can describe. 😋
